Returns are accepted if:
- Wrong product is delivered
- Product arrives damaged
- Product is unused and in original packaging
- Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
Returns NOT accepted for:
- Opened or used products
- Health consumables with broken seals
- Consultations or custom wellness programs
- Discounted or clearance items (unless damaged)
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, the refund will be initiated to your bank/Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
