Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products without original packaging.
  • Accessories or promotional items unless defective.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Replacement

If a replacement product is available, it will be shipped after approval.
